• Communicating with you about your video projects
• Improving our services based on feedback and interactions

DCS does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers and partners who assist us in operating our business and delivering our services, including providers of cloud hosting, project management, editing software and AI‑powered processing tools. These partners are only permitted to use your personal information on our instructions, for the purpose of helping us provide our services, and must protect your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

In addition to contact details, we may collect images, audio and video of individuals in connection with our video production services. This may include material you or your organisation provide to us (for example, archival photos or footage) as well as material we capture during production. We may use digital and AI‑based tools to edit, enhance and transform this material (for example, to improve quality, create smooth camera movements, or generate additional frames or visual effects) in order to deliver the agreed project outcomes. We do not use this material to train our own AI models.

We may use third‑party AI and digital tools to edit, enhance, animate or otherwise process images and audio‑visual material that includes personal information. Typical uses include noise reduction, colour grading, generation of smooth camera movements, creating additional frames or angles from existing footage or stills, and stylistic visual effects.

These tools are used only to deliver the agreed project outcomes for our clients and are not used to create misleading or harmful representations of individuals.

We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. We take reasonable precautions to protect this information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update any incorrect or outdated information
• Request the deletion of your personal information from our records, subject to applicable legal requirements

If you are featured in content we have produced and you have concerns about how you are depicted, including in any AI‑generated or stylised scenes, you can contact us to discuss your concerns. Where reasonably practicable, we will work with our client to address issues such as misrepresentation or distress caused by an AI‑generated depiction.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review it periodically.
